If you are spending evenings and weekends catching up on invoicing, worrying about payroll accuracy, or losing track of overdue customer accounts, your administrative burden has outgrown your capacity. Simply Secretarial steps into that gap, providing structured back-office management so you can reclaim your evenings and focus on client delivery.

I don’t restrict my support to one industry. I bring fifteen years of practical payroll, HRIS, and administrative expertise across healthcare, aged care, mining, and government sectors. My focus is simply on establishing reliable, professional systems so your operations run smoothly every single week.
-
Yes. While I offer in-person meetings for Sunshine Coast clients, the majority of my work is conducted remotely with business owners right across Australia.
-
We can connect via email, phone, video call (Zoom), or messaging apps such as WhatsApp, depending on what suits your routine. I also use collaborative digital task boards to ensure projects and priorities remain completely transparent and organised.
-
I respond to general enquiries within 24 to 48 hours. Retainer clients receive timely communication throughout our agreed weekly working hours. Urgent tasks required on short notice can be accommodated under the Priority Support rate.
-
Discretion and security are fundamental. Client information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy principles, using encrypted password managers and secure cloud storage. I am also very happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing work.
-
For ad-hoc support, I track time down to the minute and provide clear task summaries with your invoice. For retainer packages, I monitor usage closely throughout the month and keep you informed so your allocated capacity is used as effectively as possible.
-
Retainers operate on a flexible month-to-month agreement. You can adjust your tier or cancel your arrangement with 14 days' written notice prior to the start of the next calendar month.
-
A retainer reserves dedicated capacity in my schedule exclusively for your business each week. Because that time cannot be reallocated to another client, unused hours do not roll over into the next billing cycle.
-
If your workload spikes during a busy period, additional hours are billed at the standard ad-hoc rate of $82.50 per hour inc. GST ($75.00 ex. GST), subject to available schedule capacity.
-
Monthly retainers are invoiced on the 1st of each calendar month and are payable in advance before work commences. Ad-hoc bookings are invoiced and payable upfront. All tax invoices clearly show the 10% Australian GST breakdown for your business BAS records.
-
Standard retainers and ad-hoc rates cover ongoing operational pay runs, debtor follow-ups, and routine administration. Complex software migrations, historic ledger clean-ups, or extensive multi-award setup projects are scoped and quoted separately.
